Every piece of Jewellery that is bought from us is special – a gift to yourself or a loved one… We have therefore taken utmost care in creating and inspecting the product thoroughly and packing it carefully. However if for any reason you did not like what you purchase or are not entirely satisfied with your product, we’ll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product in a very hassle-free manner.

7 Day Exchange Policy:

We are happy to provide you 7-days No Questions-asked exchange policy, For a cash refund, we deduct 20% amount from the gross amount & 5% VAT. For exchange of product, we will not deduct any amount only we will deduct 5% Vat. We just need the actual invoice and make sure that the product is in its original condition. This is, however, applicable for orders within Bangladesh only.

Purchasing Policy

1. You must visit our branches to purchase your desired ornaments instantly. You can only book ornaments online and take ornaments from a respected branch next day by giving a payment confirmation
2. If the ornament’s weight is less or increases in the branch, We will make adjustments in the invoice.
3. We do not deliver ornaments or products which are above 25000, You must come and purchase the ornaments from branches.
4. We use multiple courier methods (online orders amounts highest 25000 taka) to deliver, if in case of your misinformation product deliver goes wrong we will not bear any responsibility.
5. Without making full payment of ornaments, no ornaments will be delivered or released from any of the branches.
